Services for Spring 2021
Access to campus is restricted to current IC faculty, staff, and students who have completed the Daily Health Screening process. You will need your Ithaca College ID card to enter the Gannett Center from the northeast entrance or the south Towers-side entrance on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays.
You will also be asked to swipe your card inside the library. This will assist with contact tracing.
The connecting passage between the library and Whalen is closed for the Spring semester.
- All patrons must abide by the Ithaca College Community Agreement.
- Eating is not allowed in the library. The nearest designated dining area is Emerson Suites.
- Only beverages in covered containers are allowed.
- Do not move furniture.
There are two Quick Print stations and two public-access multi-function printers on the main floor. There is also a multi-function printer on the third floor, lake side. More about Printing
Picking Up Materials
You can request items for pick up using the "Request" link in the catalog. Items may be scheduled for pickup either in the building or curbside. In-building pickup is restricted to current faculty, staff, and students.
If you need an item immediately, you’re welcome to stop by the building and retrieve the item yourself.
We’re happy to help with your research questions! See our Research Services page for details about our virtual services.
Starting on Feb. 8, 2021, you will no longer need a separate ILL account! All requests will henceforth be managed through your library account and can be made directly from the catalog!
For information on reserves, reading lists, library instruction, and more, see our Services for Faculty page.
