As a school health educator, you’re interested in learning more about obesity in adolescents and the role of public schools. Specifically you’d like to find out some proven approaches and interventions to address the public health problem of obesity in adolescents and the criteria for designing a successful program. You’re hoping to start a nutrition or diet program, but you’d like some concrete evidence of what works and what doesn’t. You’re hoping to receive some funding for developing this program based on a well-researched and written proposal.

Defining Your Research Question

  • Determine and define the clinical problem
