    Database of more than 1,000,000 digital images representing visual and material culture across cultures and time periods. Documents the fields of architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, and design, as well as many other forms of visual culture. ARTstor tools enable the ability to save groups of images online for personal and classroom use. IC's Visual Resources Collection (VRC) of over 20,000 images is now available. Look for the Ithaca College-Visual Resouces Collection link in the lower middle section of the page.

    Search for articles with images across EBSCO databases using the Image Search interface.  Thumbnails will display in the results list when using this interface.

    Full profiles provide an instant guide to history, politics and economic background of countries and territories, and background on key institutions. They also include audio or video clips from BBC archives. Contain information on the different types of press available in the country.
  • Compendium: Cultural policies and trends in Europe

Digital Media Center

Visit the Digital Media Center on the 3rd floor of the library. It includes:
  • The Presentation Room features a 60" plasma screen where you can test out your presentations.
  • The Collaboration Room has a wall-mounted 32" LC monitors for group work. You can gather around a table and hook up your laptops to a central docking station. When linked to the LCD, you can take turns displaying your ideas and content.
