    The Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) indexes nursing and allied health journals back to 1982, with links to some full-text. Covewrage includes alternative therapies and integrative health care.

  • Alternative Health News Online
    Website provides links to alternative and conventional health news.
General and Multidisciplinary
  • Academic Search Premier and ProQuest Research Library
    Multi-disciplinary periodical databases that cover both current events and research studies.
  • Google Scholar
    Links to peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports. Supports cited reference searching. Includes recent or unpublished work that hasn't yet been indexed. Includes links to full-text resources when available.
  • JSTOR and Project Muse
    Full text multidisciplinary databases with strong holdings in the social sciences. For JStor, articles from the most recent years may not be available.
  • LexisNexis Academic
    For legal aspects and newspaper coverage of current and formerly current events.
