Access Policy

The collections are available by appointment to all students, scholars, and members of the community who wish to use them. Please schedule your visit by reaching out to us using the phone number or email address in the sidebar. If you are unable to travel to the archives, you may request remote reference assistance by filling out this form. Reference requests may take up to two weeks to fulfill.

While you are welcome to examine our collections in our reading room, the materials are non-circulating and may not leave the premises.

Since spills could permanently damage our irreplaceable materials, no eating or drinking is permitted in the reading room.

Please handle items with care. Do not fold, write on, or otherwise damage the materials.

Copyright & Use Policy

Reproduction of materials does not constitute a transfer of copyright to researchers. When possible, archives staff can assist researchers in identifying the copyright holder for materials in the collection, but ultimately it is the responsibility of the researcher to secure permission for any reproduction, distribution, or use beyond personal or non-commercial use.
